We are committed to the well-being of all our snakes. If, at any point in the future, you find that you are unable to care for your boa or python, we will gladly take the snake back at no cost to you. Our priority is to ensure all our snakes have a safe and suitable home.
Live Arrival Guarantee: we guarantee that your new boa or python will arrive alive upon delivery or your money back.
Upon purchase, we will contact you to arrange shipping details and find the most convenient arrival day for you (weather depending). Your new boa or python will then be shipped via 1-day Priority (flat rate) to your nearest FedEx receiving facility.
Live Arrival Guarantee: To ensure your guarantee remains valid, pickup from the FedEx facility must occur within one (1) hour of the arrival notification sent by FedEx.
Shipping to your nearest FedEx facility ensures your snake is kept indoors and safe. This also allows you to pick up your new boa or python immediately upon arrival notification, rather than it being on a delivery route for an extended period.
Your new boa or python will arrive in a 7x7x7 insulated box. Inside, you can expect to find a heating pad adhered to the top insulation and your boa safely secured in a tied canvas snake bag.
Dead On Arrival (DOA): In the unfortunate event that your boa or python arrives deceased, you must notify us within one (1) hour of receiving or picking up the animal (based on FedEx delivery confirmation or facility pickup time) to be eligible for the money-back Live Arrival Guarantee. If we do not receive notification within this one-hour window, we will assume the snake arrived healthy and well, and the guarantee will be void.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Procedure:

To utilize your money-back Live Arrival Guarantee, you must also provide clear evidence of the DOA by sending us pictures from multiple angles of the deceased snake. Additionally, please include images of the snake on its back with the shipping labels clearly visible in the same photos.
Failure to contact us immediately via the original communication method and provide the required photographic evidence within one (1) hour of the documented delivery or pickup time will void the Live Arrival Guarantee, and we will assume the snake arrived healthy and well
Your Responsibilities as a Buyer: We are committed to providing healthy snakes, and we expect our customers to be equally committed to their well-being. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:
Proper Husbandry: You are solely responsible for providing appropriate housing, heating, humidity, feeding, and overall care for your new boa or python. Thorough research into the specific needs of your chosen species is essential before receiving the animal.
Timely Pickup: You must be prepared to pick up your snake immediately upon its arrival at the FedEx facility. Prompt pickup minimizes stress and is crucial for the animal’s health and the validity of our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Legal Compliance: It is your responsibility to be fully aware of and adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning the ownership of exotic animals, including boas and pythons. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.
